Key Responsibilities: Support deal sourcing efforts and identify potential investment opportunities. Conduct advanced financial analysis and build comprehensive financial models. Perform detailed due diligence to assess the viability of investments. Prepare and present transactions to the investment committee for approval. Oversee the deal conclusion process, ensuring successful execution. Requirements: A strong academic background with a BCOM , BSc , CA , or CFA qualification. Proven track record of excellence demonstrated by a strong academic record. At least 3 years of experience in leveraged finance, mezzanine financing, or related fields. Expertise in financial modeling and advanced financial analysis. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
