Mediterranean Head Chef

URGENT We are urgently seeking a head chef to lead our client's trendy Mediterranean restaurant based in Knysna.
Responsibilities and Requirements

Preparing and cooking Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Ensuring ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and that food is cooked and served at the correct temperature.
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and monitoring food inventory levels.
Working with other kitchen staff.
Training and developing kitchen staff, and providing performance feedback.
Planning and adhering to a strict schedule to ensure meals are served on time.
Adding the correct amount of spices, cutting vegetables evenly, and cooking dishes for the proper time.
Keeping track of inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring food waste.
Planning menus and researching new dishes for the restaurant.
