RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST for a well-established concern, position based in Howick / Hilton – KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.RequirementsGrade 12.Valid driver's license / own reliable vehicle.3yrs+ previous working experience in a medical reception / administration environment is ESSENTIAL!Previous working experience in medical accounts is highly advantageous.Working knowledge of medical aids.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on medical programmes.Answering telephones.Taking and making bookings.Capturing patients onto RIS system.Arriving patients.Checking medical aid benefits.Ensuring patient flow.General duties of reception.Billing.Receipting / card payments.Authorisations.Person must be willing to work between Howick and Hilton offices.Salary package offered: To be discussed.
