As a member of the medical requirements team, your primary focus will be to book and coordinate medicals for insurance purposes. You'll have to keep your finger on the pulse of our internal service level agreements to ensure that the organisation achieves the agreed targets and turnaround times. You'll work closely with the medical receipting teams and also be involved with medical service providers.Who'll you report to:You'll be based at the client operations division in Gqeberha office. You'll report to the Manager: Medical Requirements who is accountable for all medical requirements and claims chase functions.Your duties will include but not limited to:- Requesting and monitoring of Nurse requests to fulfil underwriting requirements- Requesting and monitoring of GP appointments to fulfil underwriting requirements- Requesting and monitoring of PMA reports to fulfil underwriting requirements- Sending out underwriting requirements letters- Chasing all requirements for GPMR, SME, PMA, Laboratorium reports and other related reports until receivedYour qualifications:- You must have passed grade 12/Matric- A degree/diploma would be beneficial.Your experience:- Medical or medical admin background would be beneficial- Insurance experience would be beneficialYour skills and character traits:- MS Office and PC literate- You are organised and have good administrative skills- You are quality driven- You have the ability to pay attention to detail (accuracy is important)- You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the team's accomplishments- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Organised and have the right administrative skills- You are able to use effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict situations- You are able to operate effectively under pressure- You re task and deadline orientated- You have a strong sense of ownership#J-18808-Ljbffr
