IntroductionKey Responsibilities:Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and targeted outreach efforts.Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge to convert prospects into satisfied clients. Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Develop and execute individual strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration within new client potentials.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimal customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in the Out of Home media industry or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.To be efficient at this role, own transport and a valid driver's license is crucial.Whilst working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, there will be times where working outside of these hours is expected and home connectivity is a requirement as a result.
