Mechanical Engineering Supervisor - Mining

Hire Resolve's client, a highly reputable mining company based in the Free State, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to join their dynamic mining team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the mechanical maintenance activities of the plant
Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental requirements
Maintain operational efficiency by implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians

Requirements

Grade 12
N2 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
Valid Trade Test Certificate
Mechanical Foreman's Certificate
5 years' mining experience in plant sections
Fitter and Turner experience (Preferred)
Valid Drivers' License
