Job briefWe are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. The goal is to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.ResponsibilitiesPerform a full-lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)Design systems and components that meet needs and requirementsProduce outline designsConduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret resultsTest and evaluate theoretical designsIdentify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problemsEvaluate the final product's overall performance, reliability, and safetyAlter and modify the design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctionsEstimate the budget and scope of the projectSolicit observations from operatorsPrepare product reports and documentationEngage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methodsRequirementsBSc.
Mechanical Engineering10 years Mechanical engineering experienceWorking experience with (PLM), (FEA), and (CFD)Hands-on experience with (CAM) and (CAE)Engineering design & manufacturing toolsKnowledge of engineering analysis toolsKnowledge of (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc)Solid understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science,etc.   .
Skillset Required: product lifecycle management, finite element analysis , computational fluid dynamics, computer-aided engineering, computer-aided manufacturing, AutoCAD, ProE, ANSYS, ProMechanica, Matlab, Excel, LabView
