As a Massage Therapist, you will play a key role in providing guests with a soothing and rejuvenating experience at our client's luxury lodge. You will be responsible for delivering a range of massage treatments while ensuring that each guest feels relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized. Your main duties will include:Performing a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other specialty treatments.Assessing guests' individual needs and tailoring treatments to provide a personalized and therapeutic experience.Maintaining a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and in good condition.Educating guests on the benefits of various treatments and suggesting follow-up sessions and wellness plans.Promoting spa and wellness services to guests and encouraging repeat visits.Assisting in maintaining inventory of massage oils, linens, and other supplies and coordinating orders when needed.Collaborating with the lodge's wellness and hospitality teams to deliver a holistic and memorable guest experience.Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest care.Minimum Requirements:A recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury lodge, spa, or wellness center.Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, with a focus on client wellness and relaxation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.A passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic therapies.Ability to work in a serene, nature-focused environment and adapt to guests' needs and schedules.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
