Marketing officer full timeDuties and Responsibilities· Represents the Corporation at pre-tender meetings for tender clarification, negotiation and optimization of work scope.· Search for relevant tenders on various platforms all the time.· Procurement of tender documents, assessment of relevance and analysis of requirements; ensuring that format of the tender is adhered to in the event that the tender dictates it.· Assists in developing tenders and bids for future work for the Company and to ensure all tender and contract development activities are attended to appropriately· Responsible for management of tender process from receipt to delivery· Collate tender documents which includes, all related pre-qualification and questionnaires and ensure that tenders are of a high standard in terms of quality.· Update tender register and follow-up tenders, maintain traceability of electronic and hard copy material· Ensure that tender submissions represent the best possible response in terms of completeness, appropriateness and are in accordance with company procedures and technical work instructions· Provide updates and progress reports on submitted tenders· Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)· Implementation of the marketing campaigns· Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business uses.· Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, clients and creative artists as per the need.· Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns· Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends· Research competitors· Work to enhance organization's brand identity· Track and record project results and amend marketing measures· Meet and coordinate with Managing Director and Marketing Manager on a regular basis.· Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior (s).3. Educational Requirements· Degree or Diploma in Marketing management or related qualification· At least 3 years' experience in marketing position· Proven experience I content creation· Tendering experience advantageous4.
