They will support the Marketing Operations Manager and Head of Marketing with planning and executing various marketing deliverables. They will participate in workstreams across the Marketing team and collaborate with cross-departmental and regional teams. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, conscientious, and personable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational abilities, and a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing. Creativity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for marketing are essential, with an interest in sports being advantageous. The individual will gain exposure to all areas of marketing, making it perfect for a quick learner who enjoys variety and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires constant teamwork, ideation, and strategic thinking.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of marketing experience in a coordinator role or similar.Betting, gaming, or sports sector work experience an advantage.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.Experience with research methods using data analytics software.Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.Understanding of social media marketing principles and tools.Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with various marketing tools.Experience in copywriting and proofreading skills, with creativity and attention to detail.Experience with CRM systems.Demonstrated creativity and ability to contribute to visual content creation.Key Responsibilities:Campaign CoordinationAssist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across regions.Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers and customers to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.Assist with monitoring campaign performance and provide regular updates to the team and management.Content CreationDevelop and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media posts.Create content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.Collaborate with designers and business stakeholders to produce high-quality materials.Manage the creation of press releases, editorials, advertisements, product materials, and web content in collaboration with copywriters and the PR team.Coordinate with copywriters and internal stakeholders to develop compelling content.Review and edit all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.Facilitate the approval process for all marketing communications as required.Create intermediate-level designs as needed.Social Media ManagementManage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms.Create and schedule engaging content, monitor analytics, and respond to comments and messages.Run social media advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness.Manage the social media calendar and ensure it is kept up to date at all times.Refine the social media strategy on a regular basis.Market ResearchConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.Maintain a database of market information and insights.Event CoordinationAssist with the planning and coordination of internal and external marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal company events.Ensure that the Kiron industry event calendar is updated.Manage event logistics from venue booking to issuing delegate tickets, procuring and setting up promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.Email MarketingDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.Segment email lists, create email templates, and track open and click-through rates.Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better results.Website ManagementAssist in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh and relevant content.Assist with tracking website analytics to understand user behaviour and improve site performance.Reporting and AnalyticsTrack and report on key marketing metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights to gather data.Prepare reports and presentations for management to inform decision-making.Budget ManagementAssist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Track expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within the allocated budgets.Ensure collation of quotes, POs, and invoices, etc.Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with other departments, such as CSM and product development, to align marketing efforts and provide support.Communicate effectively with team members and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Administrative TasksManage various administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organising documents (digital and hard copies).Ensure all marketing materials are properly stored and easily accessible on the Kiron Global Marketing Folder.Manage marketing inventory and stock replenishment.Industry TrendsStay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.Suggest and implement innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors.Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Engage with StakeholdersAbility to work as part of the greater organisational team but also independently.Build relationships with vendors, communities, and customers.Effectively communicate at all management levels with clients/stakeholders.Self-management and TeamworkDevelop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.Positively influence and participate in change initiatives.Continuously develop own expertise in terms of
