Who are we: An independent English and Hebrew medium school dedicated to secular and religious excellence.Who are we looking for: A Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Hebrew and has prior professional experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.What will you do:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to communicate around our full calendar of activitiesEnsure consistent application of school brand and identityPromote a positive school culture and climate that promotes a religious Jewish ethosCoordinate and manage marketing campaigns, working collaboratively within a teamIdentify opportunities for increasing awareness, enquiries and enrolmentsCultivate appropriate media relationships and manage media liaison to generate maximum publicityManage online marketing initiatives, including website content and the planning, production and management of content for social mediaEngage and foster relationships with feeder schools and community organisationsCompile and update promotional material; oversee layout, design and production processProofread and edit documents and articles, as requiredIdentify and negotiate advertising opportunities, provide input on content and final approvalProvide input and support for all school events in the calendar, including creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party-hosted gatheringsAs and when the need arises in the schools, look for opportunities to initiate events and bring the ideas as well as possible implementation plans to the attention of the directors and principalsIdentify, design, develop and implement recruitment and retention-specific projects within the school, for example, open day, sports day, campus-wide family initiatives etcAssist with idea generation and coordination of fundraising events that the children may want to carry out in the high schoolsWork with relevant Foundation staff to co-ordinate events for Alumni and donorsAssist with internal projectsManage all marketing-related suppliers, including all agencies (design, copywriting, etc.), to ensure quality delivery of requirements in line with marketing plans as guided by the strategy and within budgetsWork closely with service providers in planning and achieving photo/video shoot outcomesPlan and control departmental budgetSource promotional gifts for various requirementsProfessionalise internal communicationsPrepare press releases and manage all media messagingConduct school tours for prospective parents/studentsWhat do you need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similarMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (corporate background advantageous)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsMeta Suite experienceGoogle AnalyticsWordPress experienceProficiency (or ability and willingness to learn) with various marketing platforms and marketing software toolsAble to read and understand Hebrew
