Principal ObjectivesResponsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns on behalf of Movio Cinema clients in the EMEA region and providing support and assistance to the Client Services team.The Marketing Campaign Coordinator Manager will use the Movio Cinema products for the creation and execution of email, SMS and Push campaign requirements (Operational Services) with analysis and associated reporting, on behalf of Movio clients. The Marketing Campaign Manager will play an active role in generating insights and recommendations about the Movio clients' communication strategy.The Marketing Campaign Coordinator Manager will work closely with the Account Management team, with a view to assisting them with the day-to-day management of Movio accounts.Key Responsibilities:Execute the campaign requirements for ongoing Operational Services contracts for relevant Movio Cinema exhibitor clients in the EMEA region.Work closely with the EMEA Account Managers to ensure Operational Services meet client objectives.Develop and manage campaign calendars in collaboration with relevant clients, Account Managers and key internal stakeholders.Create and execute campaigns for Movio exhibitors which includes campaign planning, audience targeting and approved asset acquisition.Monitor, assess and report on the effectiveness of the various client campaigns and recommend changes to improve engagement and ROI.Proactively support clients in achieving their broader Marketing objectives, including some project management.Ensure Movio clients follow the established processes to achieve a smooth creation and delivery of their campaigns.Suggest process improvements if and when appropriate.Work with Account Managers to generate analysis and strategic insights from client campaigns and suggest specific testing.Lead regular conference calls with relevant Movio Cinema clients to ensure clear campaign briefs are communicated and actioned.Participate in relevant client planning sessions to ensure Movio's tools are being properly optimised as part of a client's broader Marketing and/or CRM strategy.Work with Client Services and Product Operations team to help manage client needs, have honest conversations and be able to push back when required.Provide assistance to the Account Managers and Account Directors with their exhibitor accounts and coordination of tasks as required.Assist the Account Managers with platform training for new client staff around major platform enhancements.Work with Movio Finance team to support activities related to billing and debtors as they pertain to relevant Movio clients.Person Specification:An interest in film marketing and the movie industry.Effective team player, able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and your team.Great attention to detail, especially under tight and conflicting deadlines.A flexible, quick-thinker, who has the ability to handle varying demands in time-sensitive situations in a patient, calm and effective manner.A strong communicator who builds trust with clients through an open, honest and constructive communication style.Ability to interpret data and understand applications of Big Data for targeted marketing purposes.A passion for quality and attentive customer service.Capable of managing multiple priorities at one time, with an attention to detail, while maintaining an ability to deliver quality outcomes.A flexible, decisive, quick thinker who is calm under pressure and has the versatility to deliver within a changing environment.Motivated, self-starter – driven to work in a fast-paced, global technology company that is challenging the status quo and shaping the future of movie marketing.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills - confidence in engaging and persuading executives at all levels within an organisation.Qualification and Experience Prerequisites:Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Marketing experience within a cinema, studio, distributor or on a studio/distributor account within an agency is advantageous.Experience of working with Big Data, with loyalty programmes and/or CRM systems is advantageous.Proven ability to exceed expectations and take on new and bigger challenges as delegated.Relevant tertiary qualification in a Marketing or Communications field.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Personal Attributes:You are a strong team player who creates value and builds trust through your contribution and your genuine care in doing your best for your team.You are an effective communicator who builds trust through your open, honest and constructive communication style.You constantly improve the way we work and create value by challenging the status quo.You take action and create value through intelligent risks and prioritising what's most important for Vista Group.You create value by believing in the magic of cinema and seeking to understand the bigger picture of the wider business and industry, to better contribute towards the success of Vista Group.Employee Benefits:Rest & Relax Fridays (4.5 working days a week)Annual volunteer dayEmployee Rewards and Benefits with PerkboxMedical Insurance / Medical AidEmployee Assistance Programme ServicePaid Sick leave5 days bereavement leave per yearOn-Site Breakfast Bar
