Job Description:We are currently recruiting an experienced Outbound and Logistics Manager for a FMCG/Retail organization based in Durban.Qualifications:Bachelor degree focused on Logistics and or Supply Chain; a post graduate qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an advantage.Requirements:At least 5 - 10 years related work experience in a FMCG warehouse environment.Demonstrate a history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry.Skilled in negotiations (unionised environment), management and project management.Experienced and skilled in Warehouse Management (WMS), SCALE/SAP systems and Project planning.Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Experience with delivery route planning (Trackmatic/DPS/Pickup).Strong operations professional focused on continuous improvement.Must be organised, able to prioritise, work long hours and be able to work under pressure.A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
