Job title/position: Manager: Fraud Risk Management Number of positions: 1 Function and Business Unit: GRC, Forensic JHBDescription of the role and purpose of the job: To manage fraud risk management engagements with efficiency and the required technical competence.
Key responsibilities:• Project management of fraud risk management assignments • Managing teams • Drafting fraud risk management reports • Project planning and administration Skills and attributes required for the role:• Ability to prioritise effectively and accept responsibility • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels • Ability to work under pressure • Good communicator • Strategic thinking • Digital/ technology mind-set • Conflict management • People Management • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong interpersonal skills are essential • Excellent writing skillsMinimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience)• Relevant tertiary qualification • 5-7 years' experience at management level in Fraud Risk Management with at least 3 years exposure in a consulting environment • Must have relevant professional membership CFE or (FP)SA • Post graduate and or master's degree in related field is advantageous • Proficient in MS Office • Driver's licence and own transport • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.Experience and Competencies• A deep technical understanding of fraud risk management (prevention, detection and response) • Fraud, Anti-bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and frameworks • Strategies and policy drafting and reviews • Understanding of ethics and ethical standards • Experience in performing fraud risk assessments and other fraud risk management practices such as training and awareness • A deep technical understanding of risk management and fraud risk assessments • A deep technical understanding of the use of technology in Fraud Risk Management • Report writing and presentation skills Behavioural Qualities• Agile and adaptable • Can do approach • Innovative mind • Team player
