IntroductionWe are now looking for an experienced Manager, EIA Engineering to join the Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy (BDH) Business Line in the Services Business Area! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Electrification, Instrumentation and Automation (EIA) engineering team for upgrade and modernization projects, sales projects and service offering development for Filters, Flotation Equipment, Thickeners and Clarifiers, and Automation Products. You will report to Head of Services Engineering, Beneficiation & Dewatering BL.
This position requires in-depth understanding of the equipment under the BDH Business Line portfolio. The Manager is responsible for leading the engineering team, but also quality of designs, including preparation of specifications, drawings and reviewing and approving of work performed by team.

What you doLeading the team which will execute engineering activities utilizing established processes, tools and guidelines.Managing the team resource planning as well as providing training and onboarding activities.Performing engineering and design activities for service upgrade & modernization projects, in co-operation with engineering team.Ensuring the team will execute project activities (engineering, package management and project engineering) and preparing deliverables to meet budget, schedule and quality targets.Participating in development of Services engineering tools and templates.Supporting Services sales cases and proposals with preliminary/basic engineering input.Providing engineering support to Services Product Group in developing new service products.Developing collaboration with BDH Product and Delivery Groups.Participate in site works such as inspections, installation supervision and commissioning support, when required. Who you areMinimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field, preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering and control systems or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in relevant engineering discipline(s) including:
Experience of system integration using Etherent/IP, Profibus, Profinet and other industrial interfaces.Experience with SQL server is beneficial.Industrial controllers, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, Schneider, Omron.SCADA/HMI Systems, Factorytalk ME/SE, Siemens WinCC, Proface.Previous experience in a managerial position is considered a strong asset.Experience in engineering and design, with previous drawing checking duties.In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering tools, primarily: EPlan, Studio /Logix5000, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Proface Pro.Previous exposure/experience in package/project engineering duties.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.Field (service) experience with relevant products is recommended.
