Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 33 To partner with a dedicated portfolio of Marketing, Communication and Business stakeholders in order to translate their requirements into a creative output aligned to business objectives. Provide consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure Marketing and Communication deliverables meet client needs and are aligned to strategic objectives. Qualifications Qualifications:A Degree in Communications is required as well as in Marketing.Experience:Agency account management experience would be a critical requirement for this role Additional Information Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with Studio team, Marketing & Communication managers and Business stakeholders in order to establish trust and shape the optimal Marketing and Communication solutions that will deliver on business objectives and create distinctive client experiences. Collaborate with studio, marketing and communication managers and business stakeholders in order to ensure a quality input that will positively impact the ideation and aggregation component of our process and ultimately deliver creative solutions that impact positively at a client level. Control the project budget to ensure no overspend on budgets. Develop a deep understanding of the strategic objectives of the business portfolio in order to partner with business stakeholders and challenge their Marketing and Communication needs to ensure impact and realisation of the business strategic aspirations/objectives.Develop a detailed understanding and interpretation of the strategies and challenges of a relevant portfolio of Business lines and/or Corporate Functions in order to effectively partner with stakeholders.Develop the Studio creative brief in order to accurately capture and describe the business and marketing objectives, and translate these objectives into a single-minded proposition for the campaign which will inspire the creative teams to create work that will will deliver on business objectives and create distinctive client experiences. Effective management of the relevant portfolio by preparing and submitting campaign status reports and effectively communicating (managing expectations) to all stakeholder, ensuring successful delivery as per the agreed time, cost and quality requirements.Lead all engagements with Business stakeholders within the portfolio in order to establish trusting relationships, understand their strategic aspirations, reevaluate the Marketing and Communication requirements, shape the optimal solutions and brief the design teams to deliver creative solutions that impact positively at a client level.Manage the outsourced production (print, AV, sound, photographic, etc) supplier in order to produce finished collateral as per the campaign requirement (time, cost & quality) and within the service level agreement.
