Management Accountant Sheet Street

Sheet Street has an exciting career opportunity available within our Sheet Street Finance department for a Management Accountant.
If you are energetic, thrive under pressure and have excellent attention to detail, this role could be for you!A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skills are of utmost importance for the role Preparing and updating monthly financial forecasts Preparation of monthly management accounts of our division's financial performance.
Provides financial analysis and advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices, and developing recommendations.
You offer insight into business performance while influencing and supporting business planning, commercial decision making.
Preparation of the annual budget and strategy packs Interact with auditors to provide required support for group and subsidiary audits Prepare Half and Year-end analyst and statutory packs and monthly GMB reports.
Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across the division offering business planning, commercial and financial analysis.
Ensures financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Assisting in reporting system template and report changes and finance improvement projects Complete monthly and ad hoc information for external/internal stakeholders CA(SA) or CIMA preferred.
Honours in Accounting with completed articles (SAICA preferred) will be considered.
2-3 years experience with financial/management accounting Self-starter who works well as part of a team Ability to work under pressure in deadline driven environment Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and business relationship skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ?Advantageous: experience with these systems: Finnivo; D365
