The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of financial tasks for multiple clients, including recording accounting transactions, reconciling bank statements, producing monthly management accounts, and preparing annual financial reports.

Depending on your experience, there may also be an opportunity to support the Fractional FM & Advisory team with financial modelling, forecasting, and other advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Produce monthly management reports, provide client analysis, ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare annual financial statements and tax calculations, and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
Client Communication & Service: Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and delivering timely financial information.
Client Needs Identification & Solution Offering: Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial situations, identify additional financial needs, and suggest suitable service offerings such as Advisory, Fractional FM, and Fractional CFO services.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements, ensure quality standards, and meet deadlines consistently.
Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Collaborate on team projects, pursue continuous professional development, and actively communicate personal growth goals with supervisors.
Key Requirements: Diploma or degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Actively pursuing CIMA qualification or equivalent (for CIMA traineeship role).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in South Africa.
Excellent communication skills and effective client relationship management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with an affinity for using technology to enhance efficiency.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
