Maintenance Stock Administrator – Fruit Industry – Nelspruit

Purpose: Undertakes administration and operational tasks as per operating procedures as instructed by Management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS Responsible for the capturing and reconciling of accurate records on the maintenance system, job cards, and task lists daily.Ensuring all delivery notes/receipt notes are processed accordingly on the system (GRN).Ordering of all tools, parts, or consumables for the workshop.Requesting quotations from all suppliers.Ensuring the spare parts system is being managed and updated daily, and the purchased list is up to date.Accuracy and timely capturing of data and maintaining smooth operations with adequate levels of stock available.Asset pool management.Filing & administration.Report writing.Conducting weekly and monthly stock takes.Capturing of diesel and paraffin usage.Maintaining maintenance store.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric.Diploma or equivalent.Packhouse experience will be advantageous.COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities are crucial.Excellent knowledge and computer skills (MS Office).Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail.Must be a team player.Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.Must be able to work well under pressure.Able to work shifts.Applications close on 01 November 2024.
