Our client in the FMCG Industry is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for their Egg Farm in Bela Bela.
Duties and Responsibilities:Physical maintenance work to be conductedDay to day maintenance in and around the sitePlanned maintenanceUnplanned maintenance and breakdownsManagement of workshop and spare partsComply with biosecurity and OHS regulationsMaintenance logs and general adminRequirements:Excellent technical and mechanical skillsMust be able to do arc welding and steel workBelt installation and alignmentKnowledge of tractors, generators, and petrol motorsPlumbing knowledge, copper, and HDPECompetent in basic electrical work and fault findingGood planning and communication skillsAbility to manage workshop and spare partsHonest and trustworthyGood human relationsCandidate must have a pro-active and attention to detail approach to his workMust be willing to work every second weekend and work extended hours from time to timeThe following qualities are critical in the ideal candidate:
