Maintenance Foreman (Catoridge)

Location: Catoridge – Hammersdale –KZN   Our client is looking for a Maintenance Foreman to join their food manufacturing  Plant .
The individual will be Responsible for facilities, equipment's used to produce Agglomerates run to their maximum efficiency and output.
This includes preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and robotic systems (including software programming).
Carry out repairs under his ability to help the team to complete tasks.
Minimum Requirements: Millwright Red Seal (N6) or Degree in Engineering Plant level experience with proven maintenance management experience.
6 years + in the role as a maintenance foreman Proficiency in Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities : Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising plant utilization and reducing unplanned downtime.
Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift supervisors.
Ensure routine maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation/programming systems are undertaken.
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
Produce written reports.
Perform root cause analysis and propose/resolve problems.
Identify improvement opportunities.
