Machine Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Supervision: Manage and lead a team. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to the machine shop team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.CNC Programming and Operations: Develop and implement CNC programs; operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to specifications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Proficiency in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and equipment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
