Legal Receptionist / Administration Assistant

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced LEGAL RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT for a well-established concern, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 driver's license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on Ghost Convey and AJS programmes.

Duties include attending to the daily administrative functions i.e. typing, phone calls, client queries, diary, and all other related secretarial and conveyancing secretarial duties as well as attending to switchboard and clients at reception.

Strong administration skills.

5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.

Secretarial / reception duties in the legal industry would be an added advantage.

Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
