QualificationsOur client in Alberton is looking for a Commercial Lawyer on a 1-year contract basis. The following qualifications and experience are required:Law degree from a reputable universityLicensed to practice law in their country ("qualified")Minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience in Commercial law (PQE)At least 3 years of experience with a law firm; area of practice should include commercial lawIdeally, but not necessarily, experience with a multinational company as in-house counselOverview Of ResponsibilitiesProactively supporting legal operations for all business units or sub-business units and/or professional functions of Henkel operations in SSAProviding legal counselling and adviceManaging the preparation or review of contractsManaging external disputes and litigationProviding all other legal supportTerritoryBased at Henkel office in S. AfricaResponsibilities cover SSA, namely S. Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria
