Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing corporate governance and company secretarial services for the group of companies.
This includes drafting and negotiating memoranda of incorporation and shareholders' agreements, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, maintaining statutory records, and managing share transactions.
You will advise the board on fiduciary duties, ensure the smooth running of board and committee meetings, and maintain company registers and documentation.
Additionally, you'll provide legal counsel on governance matters, monitor legislative changes, and implement risk mitigation strategies across the group.
Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Job Requirements
You will need a law degree or company secretarial qualification with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretariat work.
Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred but as long as you have experience within a corporate group of companies that's suitable.
Professional writing skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others are key.
