The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Assist legal team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records.
Ensure proper filing and documentation procedures are followed to facilitate easy retrieval and access to information.Billing and Financial Support: Assist with billing processes, including tracking billable hours, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
