Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research and best practices in management education. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in various management topics Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry practices and theoretical frameworks. Engage students through interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance their understanding and application of management concepts. Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring and advising on academic and career-related matters.
