Our Client in the Property Industry is seeking someone with strong Administrative and Organizational skills, who is able to handle a large Rental Portfolio with a substantial workload to join their team.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in property management or administration (1-3 years preferred).Strong understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and real estate regulations.REQUIRED COMPETENCIESAbility to work under pressureAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretionAnalytical and problem solving skillsDecision making skillsEffective verbal and listening communications skillsEffective written communications skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficientlevelProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.Stress management skillsTime management skillsStrong ability to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Self disciplinedAbility to work independently and as part of a team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Renewals?
Notify tenants and landlords of upcoming lease expirations and renewals within the required timeframes.?
Inform relevant agents about units approaching renewal.?
Provide agents with a detailed report on properties, including tenant payment and maintenance history.?
Negotiate new lease terms between tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and timely communication withall parties.?
Prepare and maintain renewal and vacating reports, ensuring they are consistently up-to-date.?
