MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBCustodian for ensuring competence within the context of the legislative environment and MCSA strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree in General Nursing Science and Midwifery.
DESIRED EDUCATION: Postgraduate qualification in nursing education.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience as a Professional Nurse practitioner in a hospital environment, at least 2 years experience in a learning and development role.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Postgraduate qualification in nursing education.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAdvocate of learning culture: Manage employee development in a planned manner in accordance with the MCSA strategy.
Manage formal students: Act as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality and enable transformation through learning and development.
