Learning And Development Specialist

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, instructional design or related field At least 5 years experience in designing training programs and curricula in a professional services environment. Experience in designing and facilitating learning for all levels, including executive teams, is required. Digital learning design and development experience is essential. Experience in an internal consulting role, managing training interventions, developing collaborative partnerships with business leadership and SMEs, and assessing learning needs.
