QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEo Tertiary Qualification in HRD or HRMo SDF Certificationo 3-5 Years experience in planning and coordinating training interventions at national levelo 3-5 years experience on BEE123 Systemo 3-5 years experience in HR and BBBEE auditso 3-5 years experience in grant applicationsMINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDo Proven track record as a competent Learning and Development Specialisto Strong Project management skillso The ability to manage multiple projectso Knowledge and understanding of labour and skills related legislationso Strong understanding of SETA and QCTO processo Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (able to communicate with all levels from blue collar to white collar)o Problem-solving aptitude ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATIONo Conduct skills audit at national level.o Consolidate and timeously submit annual skills matrix for approval.o Prepare and submit WSP and ATR as per SETA requirements.o Ensure that all Grant applications are submitted on time.o Establish relationships with SETA and QCTO.o Plan and coordinate all learnerships, skills programmers, and on-the-job training interventionso Successfully plan, coordinate and administer all training interventionso Implement the Skills/Competency Framework for the businesso Develop training materials for in house trainings (HR trainings)o Oversee individual employee development plans.TALENT MANAGEMENTo Oversee the onboarding programme (Pre-induction, Induction and Post induction of new employees)o Pilot Individual Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans (Appraisal approach)o Implement Talent succession strategies (Participate in strategy formulation and implementation)o Ensure successful implementation of the Internship and Learnership programmeo Collaborate with the HR manager in creating and maintaining the Career Portal and LMS for the businesso Collaborate with the HR manager in driving talent succession and talent heat mapping interventionso Collaborate with the HR manager in developing the Learning and Development LibraryCULTURE AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTo Collaborate with the HR Manager in driving a high-performance culture.o Continuously embed the company VALUES .o Develop and implement the employee wellness calendaro Implement Employee Engagement themes and activitieso ChampionREPORTING AND COMPLIANCEo Timeously submit training reports Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.o Collaborate with the HR and Risk Managers in preparing the annual Training budgetso Collaborate with the HR manager in achieving BBBEE targetso Collaborate with the HR manager in managing all Training related audits
