Learning And Development Manager – Johannesburg North

Job Purpose:Lesaka is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage effective learning programs that align with our Consumer Division's business objectives. This role is key in enhancing employee skills, driving performance, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. If you're passionate about developing talent and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a strategic L&D plan aligned with business goals, addressing employee learning needs and skill gaps.Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, utilizing diverse methods to engage participants.Performance Management: Assess the effectiveness of programs and provide feedback to enhance performance.Talent Development: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all programs comply with South African labour laws and industry best practices, maximizing B-BBEE recognition.Funding & Budget Management: Manage the L&D budget and optimize SETA funding for programs.Reporting & Analytics: Track key L&D metrics and report on training outcomes and ROI.Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing L&D team, ensuring efficient execution of programs.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
