Lead Processor role seeks detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to assess leads, coordinate the sales team, and drive sales growth.
About the Role
The Lead Processor plays a critical part in our team, ensuring the quality of leads received and coordinating their distribution throughout the Sales team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by quality assessing leads and ensuring they are distributed throughout the Sales Team.
Ensure own targets are met by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame.
Increase the efficiency of sales through data-driven decision making from a leads perspective.
Assist in ensuring the sales strategy is met by being efficient in the distribution of leads.
Report to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads.
Find new and innovative ways for lead generation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' client services experience in a corporate environment.
Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
Prior experience in an administrative role.
Must be a team player with assertiveness skills.
