Lead Mechanical Engineer

Must have B.Eng./ BSc in Mechanical Engineering

Must have over 10 years' experience post qualification in the Building Services Sector.

Must be registered with ECSA as Pr Eng (Compulsory).

ECSA Fire Registration, ASHRAE, SAIRAC, SAIMECHE are advantageous.

Have experience in designing within Healthcare Sector specifically - (hospitals).

Be competent on Mechanical design and installations (Wet Services, Fire Services , Medical Services, Compressed Air, Laundry Equipment etc.)

Be competent in tender and bills of quantities compilation and knowledge of various contracts e.g., JBCC, NEC3 etc.

Must be able to run large size (service value of +50million) comfortably without supervision including mega size (service value of +R100million) projects with no supervision at all.

Vastly experienced and knowledgeable in doing site inspections & condition assessments and reports.

Must have at-least 5 years' experience in mentoring other engineers.

Must be willing to travel and work long hours for project requirements.

Have a Driver's License (with your own car)
