Lead Manager

The company seeks a Lead Marketing Manager with marketing qualifications and at least 3 years of management experience.Key responsibilities include:Capture and allocate leads on CRM, crosscheck leads integration, and follow up on ongoing preferences.Analyze lead calls to provide proactive ways to improve the service and create effective customer communication copy.Balance lead nurturing to keep customers interested and loyal, and analyze leads per source against approvals and sales for best boosting times.Test and report on platform touchpoints and build lead report categories for strengthened follow-up strategy.Minimum Requirements:Strong online lead generation concepts, strategy, and best practice understanding, as well as CRM, lead nurturing, and data analytics skills are required.
