Achieve growth and hit sales targets by ensuring leads are distributed fairly and efficiently.Quality assess leads quickly and distribute throughout the Sales Team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.Meet own targets by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame.Accelerate sales efficiency through data-driven decision making from a leads perspective.Ensure sales strategy is met by efficiently distributing leads.Report to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads.Develop new and innovative ways for lead generation.We're looking for a candidate with a strong sense of fairness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.Requirements:2+ years in client services in a corporate environment.2+ years in sales experience.Prior administrative experience.Team player with assertiveness skills.Join our team and deliver exceptional results.
