DescriptionPlan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability members with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sportBuild confidence of returning members and keep retention rates upProvide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of trainingBe a consistently encouraging and motivating presence within the clubDevelop the club to be more competitive and win as many competitions as possibleBe passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for membersHave an understanding of higher education sportFocus on improving members' technique to prevent injuryWork with the club committee to achieve the club's aims and objectives for this yearDisplay good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of ConductApplicants must hold a relevant coaching qualification, as well as first aid and insurance documentation.
