A well established Labour Broker is looking for an experience Recruitment Administrator to join their team.Responsibilities Handling all recruitment for various projects - this involves being able to quickly source and place candidates into contract roles, and handle all administration around this placement. Advertising different jobs Doing all administration relating to recruitment Liaising with candidates and being able to communicate very effectively Being able to work in a high pressure, quick turn around positionRequirements Matric Relevant tertiary qualification in administration / HR advantageous A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Labour Broker, or temp recruitment agency A minimum of 2 years in a similar role The ability to handle a high pressure job, that requires a quick turn around time - the clients give their requirements and you have to source candidates and place them within a few hours to a few days. Being an effective and professional communicator, who is also kind and caring.
