Job Description

In the engine-room of the kitchen, you'll provide our inspirational chefs with the vital service of a clean and hygienic space, along with clean crockery.While experience in kitchen environment is preferred, we are ultimately looking for a person with a can-do attitude and who is able to work under pressure.The ability to multi-task and organise your workspace while maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards appropriate to NZ food safety will be key for this role.Must hold working rights in New Zealand Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and communication skillsWork well as part of a team in a fast paced environmentEffective time management skillsExcellent personal grooming and presentationPrevious experience in a similar role / hotel environment advantageousThe ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early morning, late evenings and weekends.
