Their cross-platform browser extension leverages proprietary SDKs and APIs to provide users with the best online shopping experience while driving meaningful and impactful change.Job Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer who can hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks and takes pride in delivering quality work. You will be part of a team that leverages modern development tools and techniques to offer an attractive, modern, and intuitive user experience.Key Responsibilities:Regular Ad Design Creation: Assist in creating a series of ad unit templates for use across their content API, delivering deals to third parties. On an ongoing basis, create, review, and deliver designs for use across target geographies. This will involve applying the template to create approximately 100 ad designs a week.Assist in Product Design Process: Collaborate with the product manager to create wireframes and visual designs for web and mobile applications.Design Iteration: Participate in design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible user experience, aligned with the company's or their partners' brand identity.Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, maintaining design consistency across all platforms.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design systems.Qualifications:Education: Qualification in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internships or freelance work are acceptable).Skills:Proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe Suite is desirable.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into code.Strong visual design skills with attention to pixel-perfect detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.Preferred Experience:Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
