Junior Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Junior Site Supervisor to join their team, based in the Eastern Cape.Minimum Requirements:-Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or a similar position in FinishingComplete understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industryBasic knowledge of site safety practicesExcellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrating leadership qualitiesFamiliarity with Construction tools and equipmentHaving an eye for detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDisplaying physical strengthAbility to work on weekends and public holidaysWillingness to travel to various site locationsAbility to interpret technical drawings and plansDuties:-Overseeing on-site labourers and construction workersEnsuring building materials and equipment are available at all timesMonitoring construction budget and expensesCoordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Manager and Project ManagerLiaising between clients and subcontractors/supplierPlanning and implementing work schedulesAdhering to the Construction industry standards and Safety regulationsReviewing and communicating onsite progress to managementUndertaking site safety inspectionsPreparing and presenting site reportsEmail your CV + supporting documentation to ******.
