We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a foundational understanding of IT support.
You should excel at solving technical issues, supporting end-users, and thriving under pressure.
Strong organizational and administrative skills are key, as well as excellent communication skills.
You will handle technical support requests with care and professionalism, ensuring attention to detail shines through in what you do.
This is a fully on-site position, with no remote or hybrid work options available.
What you will be doing: Provide efficient and proactive support for systems used by all Village N Life staff, guests, or tenants.
Fulfill the expectations of the group 24/7 in this challenging and results-driven role.
Maintain sound knowledge of systems using Windows and MacOS operating systems, as well as MS Office suites.
Focus on delivering service at the highest standards while managing time and priorities effectively.
Minimum requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Language Skills: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
Certification: Microsoft Certification or similar.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in an IT support role.
Skills: Knowledge in administration, servers, data management, client support, access control, communication, networking, audio and visual systems, and backup power.
Transportation: Driver's license required.
Hospitality Experience: Advantageous.
