We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. As a DMA Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve high performance and quality. You will manage multiple high-visibility projects using agile methodologies across various business divisions. Key Responsibilities:Achieve high performance and quality in project delivery.Deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value.Manage several high-visibility projects concurrently using agile methods.Perform daily system checks.Assist on a variety of projects across DMA platforms (SCRM, OPUS, UNITY, DIALOG).Administer PMO reporting.Communicate effectively with internal and external development teams.Engage with end-users to gather requirements and provide updates.Facilitate Scrum Framework ceremonies.Skills and Qualifications:BCom Honours Degree or equivalent NQF Level 8 Qualification (minimum requirement).Professional Scrum Master (Level 1) certification preferred (must be prepared to take the exam if hired).Proven experience leading software development projects.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and team building.In-depth knowledge of business needs with a high level of customer trust and confidence.Experience with Agile Project Management tools and Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and Office tools.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels, including executives.Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture view.Preferred Experience:Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.Expertise in Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies for enterprise-level projects.Balanced business and technical background to lead development teams and evaluate complex project risks.
