Position: Junior HR Officer About Our Client:Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the retail sector.

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior HR Officer to join their team.Role Overview:We are seeking a Junior HR Officer who is eager to begin or further their career in Human Resources.
This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of HR practices, a strong work ethic, and a desire to develop their skills in a hands-on environment.
You will assist the HR department in various tasks, providing support across multiple HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Help manage employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting initial training sessions.Assist with payroll processing and leave management.Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations.Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.Qualifications:A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
