HighVolume Recruitment: As a HighVolume Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing highvolume recruitment campaigns across various positions within the organization for external staff only.
Your role involves sourcing screening and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously making sure that we have the best candidates ready to join our team.
Multilingual Communication (Beneficial): While proficiency in English is required for effective communication we value candidates who are proficient in Zulu Xhosa and Afrikaans as it can be beneficial for connecting with a diverse candidate pool.
You may conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages if possible.
Team Collaboration: Collaboration is key.
Youll work closely with the Lead Recruiter and the COO to understand the businesses unique hiring requirements and help the team meet our hiring targets.
Candidate Experience: Delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience is a core part of your role.
Youll maintain professional and timely communication with candidates ensuring their recruitment journey is a smooth and positive one.
Data Management: Accurate recordkeeping is vital.
You will be responsible for maintaining uptodate candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports and metrics related to highvolume recruitment activities.
Personal Attributes: As a HighVolume Recruitment Specialist you should be adaptable and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are key to success in this role.
You should thrive in a fastpaced environment and be a dedicated team player.
Requirements Requirements for this role: A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in highvolume recruitment ideally in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in English is required and proficiency in Zulu Xhosa and Afrikaans is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Prior experience working with Zoho will be beneficial.
UPS and Fibre Internet is required.
Own work from home set up is essential.
Benefits This is a remote halfday role and candidates will earn commission on each successful placement made within the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.
Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company.
Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
