We are looking for a Junior Fraud Investigator to join our Fraud Department group, as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.As a Junior Fraud Investigator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring diligence and accountability by conducting fraud investigations and collaborating with teams to develop proactive strategies. Your role is crucial in supporting the enforcement of disciplinary actions and providing actionable insights that drive improvements in fraud prevention processes. You should be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement, customers, and sales teams. The role requires a proactive mindset and a professional approach to handling sensitive fraud cases while adhering to set timelines.Candidates must possess a Fraud-related certification (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner - CFE), along with 2-3 years of experience in investigations or a related field. A solid understanding of criminal justice systems and experience working directly with law enforcement agencies are essential.
