Job Description This exciting role is for a Junior Designer. In this role, based in Durban, you will be required to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients' brand identities, positioning and messaging through all brand touchpoints.We're looking for a person who can see the whole picture, problem-solve effectively, and communicate exceptionally well. Responsibilities: Conceptualise and execute award winning creative ideasManage visual identity and consistency for the brandInteract with other agency teams/ divisions to develop creative conceptsUnderstand how social media works: from consumer journey through to image limitations and formatsKeep up to date on what trends are happening on socialCreate print, digital and social media layoutsEnsure consistency and integration of design across all communication channelsResponsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign offWork to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target marketDevelop your professional skills on a daily basisAbility to edit video for social media is a mandatoryRequirements: As this role is for a conceptual designer please provide a robust portfolio of creative work demonstrating conceptual ability and creative problem across all communication channels.Personality Solution orientatedCuriousComfortable in a high performance, fast-paced environmentOpen and active team playerGreat communicatorTrustworthyA can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, including work after-hours as needed.
