Our aim is to provide a work environment where knowledge workers can accelerate the development of their ideas and bring innovation to market, at the same time provide a compelling career and development proposition that will enable them to realise their dreams.What will you do?Requirements:Operational requirementsProvide monthly and adhoc campaigning lists.Data preparation, cleaning, loading and managing data lists.Quality assurance and data validation of campaigns lists.Assist with weekly reporting for status meetings.Support the overall Data strategy for the business by assisting with key deliverables within agreed timeframes.Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.Analysis and VisualizationInterpret data, analyse results using analytical techniques and provide reports and/or dashboards.Creating visual representations of data, such as charts and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.Use data to answer key questions about the business.Qualification and ExperienceCertification in Data.Proficient in Excel and SQL.Practical experience in analysis and analytics.Experience working with campaign tools.Experience and understanding of using a reporting tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc).1 - 2 years of experience within a data or analytics role.What will make you successful in this role?Ability to use data to create reports that help teams with business decisions.Ability to use business intelligence (BI) tools and software to create reports and data visualizations that communicate data in an understandable way.Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of or experience working with Cloud services.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience working in an agile environment.Knowledge and SkillsIT Data Analysis.Data Collection.Data Mining.Advanced analytics to address business requirements.New technologies and methodologies.Personal AttributesInterpersonal savvy - Contributing independently.Decision quality - Contributing independently.Optimises work processes - Contributing independently.Plans and aligns - Contributing independently.Build a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
