Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements from clients and stakeholdersAnalyse business processes and workflows to draft the AS-IS Process (current state)Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studiesCollect and analyse data to support business decisions and identify trends, patterns, and insightsDesign, maintain and improve reports / dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectivelyCollaborate with data analysts to ensure accurate and relevant data is usedAssist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements and timelinesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutionsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to Senior Analysts and Project ManagersPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholdersContribute to the development and improvement of analytical tools, processes, and methodologiesRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, process improvement, or related field Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, JIRA, Lucidchart)Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plusBasic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python is advantageousUnderstanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions is desirableUnderstanding of how businesses work, document business processes / collecting dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to work remotely, independently and as part of a team
