Job Title: Junior BookkeeperLocation: Evaton - outskirts of township in a safe and secure complex.Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile male, no younger than 40 years old, with a minimum of 5 years' experience to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative and financial tasks.Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.Financial Assistance:Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, statements, and reconciling financial records.Liaise with financial advisors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Project Coordination:Compile reports, conduct research, and gather data relevant to ongoing projects.Requirements:Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in a multi-business setting.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional time management skills.Proficiency in basic accounting principles and experience with financial software/tools.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Afrikaans.High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software applications.Must have a valid Driver's License.Prior experience in a similar role supporting multiple businesses or entrepreneurs.Knowledge of the liquor industry with sober habits is a recommendation.Application Process: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume/CV with references, along with a photo and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they are a good fit for this position.
